Peace Planet: Light for Our World

PEACE PLANET was born of a heartfelt response to the tragedy of 9/11 and the continuing grief of today's world. Perhaps our greatest global need is to awaken to our unused, divinely endowed potential for wholeness and holiness. When activated it could heal every individual, nation, and even planet Earth: our home. Prayer is an energy that allows us to see the Oneness we are. To blanket our world with images and prayer is to take a powerful step toward peace. May peace ever be with and within us. May our prayers be heard!

Ten years ago, when the world was shocked by the tragic events of 9/11, Nan Merrill reacted to the shattering news with a spontaneous outpouring of prayer for all, every country in the world.  Her prayers eventually became a book and in collaboration with Barbara Taylor, a photograph for each country was added and Peace Planet: Light for Our World was launched.  Self-published by Friends of Silence and with no promotion other than word-of-mouth, Peace Planet is now in its third printing.
